The hotel was located in a peaceful area with a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests we had. The traditional dinner served at the hotel was a real highlight, showcasing fresh and seasonal ingredients. The hot springs on the property were also a great experience, providing a perfect opportunity to unwind.
the location was a bit far from the main city attractions, requiring a longer commute to reach them. However, the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the hotel made it worth the distance.

The serene location of this traditional Japanese inn is perfect for a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with private bathrooms and even a private onsen for some added relaxation. the staff are friendly and accommodating, making the stay feel like a home away from home. Delicious meals are also a highlight, with a Kaiseki spread that showcases seasonal ingredients. Guests can even enjoy free access to the nearby outdoor onsen for a truly authentic Japanese experience.
While the private baths are a great feature, they tend to get booked up quickly, making it difficult to secure a slot for those staying only a short time.

The outdoor onsen was very nice and relaxing after a long day at work. the staff members were polite and helpful when it came to showing me around the hotel. There were plenty of options for breakfast which made it easier for me to find something I liked. the hotel was conveniently located near several restaurants and convenience stores, making it easy to grab a quick meal or snack.
The room was very small and cramped, which made it difficult to move around and get comfortable. Unfortunately, the noise level was also quite high, with constant noise from the street keeping me awake at night.

The Nansuikaku Miyawaka exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They were incredibly kind and helpful, and even had multilingual employees to assist with any language barriers. The attention to detail was exceptional, with staff taking care of every little thing, from putting our shoes away to making our bed in time for bed. The on-site hotsprings, both inside and outside, were also a delightful addition to our stay. Plus, the convenient bus stop right in front of the hotel made transportation a breeze. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
